TECNOMEN'S FINANCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2004 on Wednesday
16 February 2005.

In 2005 Tecnomen's Interim Reports will be released according to the following
schedule:

- 1-3/2005       Wednesday 4 May
- 1-6/2005       Wednesday 17 August
- 1-9/2005       Wednesday 2 November

A briefing will be held for analysts and media after the publication of these
reports.

Tecnomen publishes financial information in English and Finnish. All releases are
posted in full on Tecnomen's website www.tecnomen.com/investor as soon as they
are published.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 16 March 2005 in
Helsinki, Finland.
