TECNOMEN'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2003

Tecnomen will publish its financial statements for 2002 on Friday,
February 14, 2003 and the Annual Report 2002 during the week
commencing on March 17, 2003.

Tecnomen Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday,
March 25, 2003 in Helsinki, Finland.

In 2003 Tecnomen's Interim Reports will be released according to the
following schedule:

- January - March        Tuesday, April 29
- January - June         Wednesday, August 13
- January - September    Wednesday, October 29

When financial information is published, a briefing will be held for
analysts and media.

The results will also be published at www.tecnomen.com.
