TECNOMEN’S PERSONNEL NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED

Tecnomen has concluded the official negotiations held in Finland
concerning personnel reductions. The number of Tecnomen personnel is
being reduced by 51 at the company’s locations in Finland and by 67
throughout the group. The required reductions were less than had
previously been estimated.

The personnel negotiations were part of a programme of action
affecting the entire group. Tecnomen will continue to develop its core
business areas and its strict monitoring of costs to improve
profitability.
