TECNOMEN WINS EUR 2 MILLION NEXT GENERATION MESSAGING SYSTEM CONTRACT FROM CELCOM
IN MALAYSIA

Tecnomen will deliver a Next Generation Messaging (NGM) System upgrade to Celcom
Malaysia. The delivery includes Next Generation Video Mail, Unified Messaging and
Missed Call Notice services.

With this Next Generation Messaging System upgrade Celcom is able to expand its
service offering to 2G and 3G customers. Next Generation Video Mail service is an
essential component of every 3G network as it bridges 2G and 3G technology,
thereby increasing the adoption rate of video telephony services. Missed Call
Notice maximises the number of successful call completions whereas Unified
Messaging provides enhanced message management capabilities as well as a web
access to all messages including voice, fax, multimedia, video and e-mail
messages.

"Tecnomen and Celcom have been cooperating in the field of messaging since 1995.
As a natural extension to this cooperation, Celcom has now decided to complement
its service offering with Tecnomen's Next Generation Messaging System and
services. We are delighted with this order, because it shows that Celcom is
satisfied with our products previously delivered to them. This delivery
strengthens Tecnomen's position as a leading Next Generation Messaging System
supplier in the Asia and Pacific region", says Mr Matti Kakko, Managing Director
of Tecnomen Malaysia.

Tecnomen operates throughout the Asia and Pacific region and has steadily and
substantially increased its customer base and market share in the region. The
growth rate in telecommunications markets in Asia remains high. The Asian market
is characterised by vast differences between mobile markets in the region, GSM
being the dominant mobile phone technology followed by CDMA technology. W-CDMA
and TD-SCDMA technologies are also becoming more common. A big change is under
way in the share of non-voice services in operators' total revenues, because data
services are expected to rise along 3G technology. The market has great potential for
Tecnomen's services and the company's key target is to deliver messaging
solutions to 2G, 2.5G and 3G networks.
