Tecnotree completes roll-out of Multi-play digital BSS platform for Mauritius Telecom

Finland: Tecnotree, the global provider of IT solutions for the telecom industry, has completed the full roll-out of multi-play enabled digital BSS platform for Mauritius Telecom, facilitating the deployment of fixed, IPTV and broadband services for subscribers with superior customer experience.
It allows Mauritius Telecom to offer a completely new, integrated, digital Customer Experience across different lines of business, based on Tecnotree AgilityTM Products – My Life Dashboard (Self-care), Customer Lifecycle Management, Unified Product Catalog, Convergent Billing System, Loyalty & Campaign Management System, and Wholesale Billing System. With this transformation, Tecnotree has now replaced multiple disparate customer management and billing systems deployed from different vendors for different lines of business. It enabled Mauritius Telecom to reduce time to create and launch new multi-play bundle offers as well as reduce the complexity of managing the subscriptions using different IT platforms.
