Tecnotree Corporation’s Annual Report 2023 published

Tecnotree has today published its Annual Report for the financial year 2023, which includes the audited Financial Statements, the Board of Directors’ Report, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies 2023. In addition, Tecnotree has today published the new Remuneration Policy for Governing Bodies.
The Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published in Finnish. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The Financial statements published in line with the ESEF requirements are unaudited.
The Annual Report, Corporate governance statement, Remuneration report, Remuneration policy and the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are attached to this release and they are also available on the company’s website at https://investors.tecnotree.com/.
