Tecnotree Unleashes BSS-Edge by Signing a New Agreement with Telikom PNG

Tecnotree, a global digital platform and services leader for AI, 5G, and cloud-native technologies, announced the signing of a new digital transformation deal with Telikom, for implementing Tecnotree BSS-Edge.
Telikom Limited is one of the leading telecommunication companies in the South Pacific that provides a range of telecommunication services in Papua New Guinea, including local, national, and international fixed line and mobile services. Through this transformation, Tecnotree aims to fulfil Telikom strategic multi-year plan of providing emerging technology solutions with its Tecnotree Digital BSS Platform, that is highly scalable and TM Forum Compliant. Telikom aims to attain a majority market share by focusing on aggressive growth in the mobile business, through its Go-To-Market (GTM) Plan, while, maintaining its monopoly in the traditional fixed telephony business.
Under this new agreement Tecnotree will provide support to Telikom through its BSS-Edge platform, with products like mobile & fixed line business integration. Tecnotree BSS-Edge is an automation-driven platform, that will support Telikom business operations with end-to-end customer lifecycle management and seamless business integrations. BSS-Edge will enable configurable workflows, Catalog to create and bundle products, ability to Test and Launch new targeted offerings, delvier converged billing, online/offline converged rating & charging, that will help reduced churn, increase customer loyalty through gamification. BSS-Edge also ensures seamless onboarding, and customer self-service with an enhanced 360-degree view.
With BSS-Edge, Tecnotree will provide Telikom, improved customer experience as well as advanced monetization opportunities. It meets Telikom’s increasing need for new and futuristic services for both consumer and enterprise customers. Tecnotree’s new-age technology stack digitally allows customers to create a market differentiator and provide tools and open-source technologies to gain maximum benefits in terms of scale, performance, flexibility and remain highly competitive in the market.
