Tecnotree wins new contract worth of USD 3.5 million in West Africa

Tecnotree has received a purchase order from a leading telecommunications operator in West Africa to supply Tecnotree AgilityTM  Convergent Billing, Unified Product Catalogue, Customer Lifecycle Management, Self-Care and Loyalty & Campaign Management System. The order is worth USD 3.5 million and deliveries are expected to be completed by the middle of next year.

The solutions will enable the operator to enhance loyalty of subscribers, boost brand reputation, offer personalized product bundles, build a sustainable competitive advantage and enrich the customer experience.  Most notably, these solutions, when combined with an agile IT backbone, allow the CSP to change ways of working to enhance and improve profitability.
