Telenor Norway to secure voice revenue opportunity with Tecnotree solution

Espoo, Finland – Telecom IT solution provider Tecnotree has announced it is helping Telenor Norway to streamline its subscribers’ voice experience, in turn reducing operating costs and safeguarding voice revenues.
The new call completion contract will see the operator replace and renew its existing voice messaging system delivered from Tecnotree, serving Telenor’s fixed, mobile pre-paid and post paid, and MVNO subscribers. Delivery of the Tecnotree AgilityTM Call Completion solution including Tecnotree Voicemail and optional Visual Voicemail has already begun. Solution deployment is due to be finished during the second half of 2013.
With this renewal, Telenor is seeking to secure available voice revenue opportunity connected to call completion rates and to facilitate initiation of new calls. With the modern single platform solution, Tecnotree can simultaneously help Telenor reduce operating costs, and enhance and streamline Telenor subscribers’ voice experience.
