TUOMAS WEGELIUS APPOINTED AS CFO OF TECNOMEN CORPORATION

Mr. Tuomas Wegelius, M.Sc.(Econ.) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer
and a member of Management Board as from 14 of August 2006. He is currently CFO
at Valtra Oy Ab.

Current Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Riitta Järnstedt, M.Sc. (Econ.) has been
appointed as Director, Risk Management and Internal Audit. In her new role she
continues to report to CEO and be a member of Management Board.
