Artist keeps links with Teesside to design Animex logo

A freelance art director who graduated from Teesside University has designed the character mascot for this year’s Animex Festival.Animex, which will mark its 25th year, celebrates the best of animation, VFX and computer games, with screenings, workshops, guest speakers and exhibitions. Partnership addresses period poverty

Teesside University is working with sustainable period care brand TOTM to promote awareness of period poverty and support period dignity.And now the University’s work with TOTM to tackle period poverty has led to award recognition, winning the Social Value category of the IWFM (Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management) Impact Awards 2024. New affordable service launched at NHC to accelerate gene therapy development

The National Horizons Centre at Teesside University has launched VecTUs, a new research-grade BioVector production service. VecTUs has been created through the efforts of academic staff at the National Horizons Centre, the University’s national centre of excellence for bioscience and healthcare.
