Changes in Teknos Group HR leadership
Jacek Karnicki Schweizer, Chief Human Resources Officer of Teknos Group and member of the TMT (Teknos Management Team) has decided to leave the company. Jacek has been working as CHRO of Teknos Group since December 2017. In his time as CHRO, highlights included amongst others developing and coordinating HRD processes and organization globally and creating the coaching culture. “I thank Jacek for his valuable contribution to Teknos Group and wish him all the best for his future endeavours”, says Paula Salastie, CEO and owner of Teknos.
M.Sc. (Eng) Maija Dietrich has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer as of 1 November 2021. Maija will report to Paula Salastie and she will be a member of Teknos Management Team leading Group HR and the HR council. Maija will be based in Helsinki. Maija has wide leadership experience in HR from various businesses such as Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper and Logistics. Before joining Teknos, she held position as Head of HR, Neste Renewables Production Platform and Singapore expansion. “I warmly welcome Maija Dietrich to Teknos Group”, says Paula Salastie.
