Clarification on insider sales of shares in Song Networks Holding AB Yesterday, 12 June, a news ticker reported insider sales of 140,000 shares in Song Networks Holding AB (NASDAQ: TEUR, OM Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEUR). Song Networks would like to clarify that Tommy Ekström, chief technical officer (CTO) and one of the company founders, sold these 140,000 shares into a private capital insurance fund.
