Re-election of the board of Tele1 Europe Holding AB Tele1 Europe Holding AB (NASDAQ: TEUR, OM Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEUR) announced today that before the annual general meeting of Tele1 Europe Holding AB on 16 May 2001, a group of shareholders representing about 26% of the total number of votes, has announced that there are to be no changes to the board and therefore propose the re-election of Tommy Ekström, Lars Grönberg, Lennart Lübeck, Paul Salem, Viesturs Vucins, Lars Windfeldt and Craig Young.
