Re-election of the board of Tele1 Europe Holding AB Tele1 Europe Holding AB (NASDAQ: TEUR, OM Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEUR) announced today that before the annual general meeting of Tele1 Europe Holding AB on 16 May 2001, a group of shareholders representing about 26% of the total number of votes, has announced that there are to be no changes to the board and therefore propose the re-election of Tommy Ekström, Lars Grönberg, Lennart Lübeck, Paul Salem, Viesturs Vucins, Lars Windfeldt and Craig Young. The formal decision about the new name will be made at the Annual General Meeting on 16th May 2001. The other companies within the Tele1 Europe Group, which operated under a name containing "Tele1 Europe", changed their name during April 2001, to include "Song Networks".
