Alfa industrier AS has its core competence within supplying, installing and management of PBX´s. Alfa industrier AS is also very strong within businesses like shipping, banking and finance which are very important businessareas for us, says Ivar Stromberg, Chief Executive Officer of Tele1 Europe Holding AB. Better solutions for the customers With this acquisition, Tele1 Europe will be able to offer their customers solutions within a broader range of products in voice- and data communications. - We believe that we will get valuable competence regarding supply, management and service on complex telecommunication systems for advanced and demanding market segments, says Ivar Stromberg. Alfa industrier AS was established in 1992, and has 13 employees. Last year, the company had a turnover of NOK 18 million. - The increasingly stronger concentration of this sector has made us want to enter into a partnership with a larger company, says Odd K. Aasen, who has owned Alfa industrier with Svein Ravneberg. - When we become a part of Tele1 Europe, we will get the opportunity to develop our services further, and we can supply our new owners with our core competence, says Aasen.
