Tele1 Europe Acquires the Internet Operator WinEasy AB Tele1 Europe AB is expanding its operations through the acquisition of WinEasy AB, a leading Swedish provider of advanced Internet services to corporate customers. Tele1 Europe and WinEasy are partly working against the same target groups and markets. Our choice was made because WinEasy offers an interesting range of services with focus on connectivity, server hosting and web hosting, they also has a strong brand. The acquisition highlights our determination to become a leading supplier of communications services to Nordic businesses, says Ivar Stromberg, Chief Executive Officer of Tele1 Europe. WinEasy has today approximately 965 business customers, for example Andersen Consulting, Hewlett Packard, KPMG, Dressmart, LekNet and LetsBuyit. We are very satisfied with our agreement with Tele1 Europe, we will now get opportunity to continue our aggressively growth.
