Tele1 Europe starts mobile telephony services in Denmark th From the 10 of April 2000, Denmark will have yet another mobile telephone company. This company is Tele1 Europe (TEUR), the Nordic business telecommunications company, which from this date will offer all forms of telecommunication services to its Danish customers. Tele1 Europe is buying capacity from Tele Denmark. - Tele1 Europe is unique as a mobile telephone company not because of the mobile telephones, but the fact that we offer our customers a total solution, says Managing Director Claus Jacobsen at Tele1 Europe A/S. Tele1 Europe has reached an agreement with Tele Denmark and will have its own number series and SIM cards. International calls are routed directly to Tele1 Europe's own centre in Copenhagen, which will help to reduce prices.
