Jonathan James has decided to resign from his position as Chief Operating Officer at Com Hem. He will leave by the end of June 2016 after two and a half years with the company.In that time, Com Hem has gone from being a private to a public company, executed one of the fastest roll-outs of TiVo in Europe with 35% of the customer base now on TiVo, upgraded its broadband to become the fastest in Sweden* while reducing churn significantly thanks to a tight focus on customer satisfaction.
