Rosendal Fastigheter signs agreement with Com Hem

Com Hem has signed an agreement with Rosendal Fastigheter AB. Under the agreement, Com Hem will deliver high-speed broadband via FiberLAN to all newly constructed properties in Rosendal Fastigheter’s portfolio for a period of three years.In the first stage, Com Hem will deliver 1 Gbit/s via FiberLAN to 113 apartments in the newly constructed owner-occupied building Smaragden, which opened for occupancy in December 2015. Com Hem has introduced a free upgrade to 50 Mbit/s for customers who currently have a lower broadband speed. With the upgrade, Com Hem’s minimum speed is now five times that offered by competitors.
