Tele2 AB thus, directly and indirectly, holds in total 9,460,000 shares in Song Networks Holding AB, corresponding to 18,0% of the votes and 17,0% of the capital in the company. The Tele2 group's holding after conversion of all convertible debentures amounts to 17,2% of the votes and 16,2% of the capital.
