Tele2 Norge as acquires Enitel´s subscribers in Norway

TELE2 NORGE AS ACQUIRES ENITEL'S SUBSCRIBERS IN NORWAY New York and Stockholm - September 18, 2001 - Tele2 AB ("Tele2", "the Group") (Nasdaq Stock Market: TLTOA/B), the leading alternative pan- European telecommunications company, today announced that Tele2 Norge AS has acquired Enitel AS's private and corporate fixed telephony and dial- up Internet subscribers in Norway. The subscribers will be transferred to the Tele2 network as soon as possible.
