Effect on Teleca of BenQ’s possible filing for insolvency protection in Germany

BenQ announced yesterday that they will discontinue capital injections into BenQ Mobile GmbH & Co OHG in Germany. The current unit is a customer of Teleca. As of today, accrued revenue and accounts receivable related to BenQ Mobile GmbH & Co OHG’s operation in Germany amounts to about SEK 43 million in total. Teleca is currently working on a 3G phone project for BenQ Mobile GmbH & Co OHG’s operation in Germany that is planned to end in February 2007. The project has until today been estimated to contribute with net revenue of about SEK 18 million during the fourth quarter 2006, and about SEK 38 million during the first quarter 2007, of which about SEK 20 million refers to license revenue.
