12 May 2006 Teleca has received 782,840 shares of series B in AB Ångpannaförningen (publ) as a result of the completion of the sale of Benima to ÅF. After that Teleca owns in total 782,840 shares of series B in ÅF which represents 6.06 per cent of the company’s share capital and 3.88 per cent of the number of votes in the company.
