Number of shares and votes in Teleca

The number of votes in Teleca has changed as a consequence of Symphony Technology Group, LLC, through CayTel 1 L.P., having requested, in April, that 325,000 class A shares be converted into the same number of class B shares.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are 62,377,477 shares in the company. 330,000 of these shares are class A shares and 62,047,477 are class B shares. The shares carry in total 65,347,477 votes.

The new shares to be issued in Teleca’s rights issue will be allotted and registered in a few days. The new number of shares and votes will be made public on the last trading day of May.
