Teleca acquires Dotify

Teleca has today acquired the Swedish company Dotify AB, which has a staff of eleven. The acquisition strengthens Teleca’s expertise in .NET technology, information management, information provision, content management and content publishing. In addition to the specific skills and expertise that Dotify brings to Teleca, it also brings several good customer relationships. Dotify will be integrated with Teleca’s operating company in eastern Sweden.

Teleca is currently experiencing a large demand for .NET expertise, especially in combination with information management experience. As specialists in this area Dotify will therefore help Teleca meet this demand and contribute to increasing the customer base. “Dotify will help us strengthen our continuing skills development in the .NET area. Its staff have a great deal of experience in the areas we want to expand rapidly, and they’re also familiar with our working methods, which will ensure a problem-free integration,” says Johan Nyberg, managing director of Teleca Sweden East AB. “Teleca has a very good reputation among customers, so it’ll be especially enjoyable to continue expanding the business together with them,” says Pelle Niklasson, managing director of Dotify AB.
