Teleca develops business-critical system for Hi3G

Teleca develops business-critical system for Hi3G Teleca has been contracted by Hi3G to develop a system for number processing - Integrated Number Management Solutions. The contract is a total assignment valued at about SEK 5 M. "Hi3G's goal is to become the leader in the Scandinavia 3G market and we are constructing an IT platform and infrastructure from the start that facilitates our future service offering," relates Niclas Lilja, Communications Director at Hi3G. "Teleca presented a competitive solution that meets our needs." The solution to Hi3G is based on Teleca Workflow and Integration Solution for Telecom (TWIST), which is a platform for quick and cost- efficient implementation of infrastructures for process management and system integration. TWIST is based on products from Tibco and also facilitates integration of Tibco ActiveEnterprisetm for all Hutchison Whampoa 3G-companies worldwide.
