Teleca transfers Popwire to Telestream

Teleca has today transferred the Popwire trade mark and the intellectual property rights to certain media-conversion products to Telestream. In conjunction with the transfer Telestream has also employed 19 people who have been working with the products at Teleca. The products and the trade mark have already previously been written off Teleca’s balance sheet. Telestream intends to continue to run the business activities associated with the products, including taking over all existing customer agreements and other commitments.
