IT company TeleComputing experiences considerable growth in Sweden – will employ at least 80 people
TeleComputing, a leading provider of complete cloud- and outsourcingservices to the SME-market in the Nordic region, is experiencing considerable growth in Sweden. TeleComputing Sweden is now launching its biggest recruitment campaign to date. The aim is to employ at least 80 people who will work with outsourcing or in projects as consultants with new and existing customers.
- The reason for this recruitment campaign is twofold; we want to strengthen the relationship with our existing customers but also increase our cloud-, outsourcing- and related consultancy services to new customers. Even if we already have a very strong focus on maintaining good, long-term customer relationships, there is always room for improvement. This also means strengthening our consultancy organization which works with both new and existing customers. At the same time we plan to employ more people to cater for our future growth and the strong demand from new customers, says Johan Wernberg, Managing Director in TeleComputing Sweden AB.
TeleComputing has Europe’s largest and most modern shared IT operation platform. The company offers several thousands different software to more than 800 business customers with ca. 50,000 users. TeleComputing’s customers typically have from twenty employees to several thousand employees – in all industries. More than 95 % of the customers decide to extend their business relationships with TeleComputing.
- Analysts predict a very strong cloud services growth in Sweden and many companies want to know how they can benefit from using cloud computing services both in the short and long term. We find this trend very exciting since we have offered such services since TeleComputing was founded in 1997, that is to deliver IT as a service over the internet, concludes Wernberg.
Flexible IT solutions
Companies are increasingly offering more flexible IT solutions to their employees, which also enable them to work form home. But solutions for secure IT access outside the office environment are often complex and expensive – if at all possible. TeleComputing’s solutions ensure users will enjoy secure and easy access to the company’s IT systems regardless of time and location. This benefits both the company and the employees. These services are also used frequently by TeleComputing employees.
- Enabling flexible IT solutions are important both for our customers and our employees. We also work very hard to make sure that our new employees feel at home in our organization as quickly as possible. This means that they can better identify with our values, culture and work methods. As a company we demand a lot from our employees, but we also expect that our employees put the same demands on us. In addition to providing individual development plans for our employees, we also carry out a yearly employee survey.
