Leading service company expands cooperation with TeleComputing

A large Swedish subsidiary of an international services corporation has expanded their cooperation with TeleComputing. The contractual expansion includes the function “ServiceDesk” (support) for the company’s employees. The company has approx. 3.500 employees in more than 130 locations throughout Sweden. The 3-year agreement has an estimated order value of MSEK 24.

The new agreement includes responsibility for the company's “ServiceDesk” where the intention is to offer user support for applications and application management. The company has been a TeleComputing customer since 2003 in other, related areas.
