NEAS, one of Norway’s leading Facility Management providers, has chosen to extend its IT-operation agreement with TeleComputing for 3 more years. The agreement means that TeleComputing will have a continued responsibility for the complete IT delivery to NEAS and its IT-users. The agreement has a value of approximately 12 MNOK and strengthens TeleComputing’s position as a leading IT provider to the real estate sector.

NEAS was established in 1988 and was the first real estate service company to be listed on Oslo Børs. The company’s three divisions are Consulting (supervision, consultancy- and project services), Property Management and Operations.

– We focus entirely on delivering real estate services and aim to provide a degree of service and competence which will help our customers in their daily work. IT is not part of our core business but we have very high demands for flexible and predictable IT-solutions which support our business. We chose to extend the co-operation with TeleComputing since they over time have been a very reliable and competitive IT-operation partner. They know us well and have demonstrated that they understand our needs related to functional delivery and visible cost effectiveness, says Geir Tornes, IT-manager in NEAS.

– We are proud and grateful for earning NEAS’ continued trust. We already have a strong position in Norway and Sweden as a provider of complete IT services to the real estate and Facility Management sector. The extension of the agreement with NEAS means that we will strengthen our position even further in this sector, says Sven Tore Kaasa, CEO in TeleComputing AS.
