TeleComputing obtains highest score in comprehensive Swedish vendor survey
TeleComputing has obtained the highest score from its customers in the outsourcing and operation segment in Sweden. This according to a new, comprehensive survey from research company Radar Group.
Swedish companies spend 90 billion SEK on IT-investments this year, according to the survey ”Leverantörsutvärdering Sverige 2011”, carried out by Radar Group, a Nordic research and advisory company. This is the most comprehensive survey on customer quality perception from IT-vendors in Sweden, in which thousands of projects and resources have been assessed by companies in Sweden during the spring of 2011.
TeleComputing top the outsourcing and operation segment in the overall evaluation (all categories). In the time category, TeleComputing differs significantly from the other vendors, obtaining a much higher score.
