TeleComputing has extended its IT-operation agreements with Medicus Plesner and Kåre Hagen AS in Norway. The agreements means that TeleComputing will continue its responsibility for delivering IT-operation services to both companies and their IT-users from TeleComputing’s centralized, “one-to-many” IT-platform. The agreements have a combined value of approximately 12 MNOK.

TeleComputing’s delivery includes the operation of a centralized IT solution with sector- and office support applications, desktop clients for the companies’ users in Norway as well as communication and helpdesk functions.

Medicus Plesner is an established and reputable company with a history which dates back to 1917. The company has developed through several generations and is well known in the health sector. Today, the company is a complete bandage-maker with a comprehensive team comprising pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, chiropodists, nurses and product specialists. The company’s bandage maker stores are localized in Oslo, Strømmen, Hamar, Gjøvik and Tønsberg. There is a pharmacy associated with the Oslo store.

Kåre Hagen AS will be 50 years on 15th May, and has since its beginning focused on quality in project implementation and execution. The services; project- and construction management – are carried out in the largest and most complex projects, that’s why Kåre Hagen has made considerable investments in ICT-solutions to ensure that all information and knowledge exchanges are secure and not least easily available to all project members.

- We experience that an increasing number of companies are looking for better, flexible and more secure it-solutions in a competitive market. It can be difficult for a company to achieve this only with its own resources. We are proud that Medicus Plesner and Kåra Hagen have chosen to extend their cooperation with TeleComputing and regard this as recognition of our competence and experience, says Sven Tore Kaasa, CEO in TeleComputing AS.
