The board of director's commitment and support to the management are of vital importance in the current market conditions.", says Bo Dimert. "Bo Dimert with his genuine combination of telecom- and IT knowledge will add a lot of value to Telelogic. He has previously been CEO and President for Ericsson's American business and prior to that active in IBM and DEC (Digital Equipment Corp.). Bo has both the required knowledge and extensive contacts, not least on the important American market.", says Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO for Telelogic. "I'm also glad that Telelogic will continue to benefit from Göran Lindahl's experience and contacts Göran Lindahl has, with respect to the necessary investment in time in relation to the announced share issue, and because of other board assignments for instance in LM Ericsson and Sony, at his own request, resigned as chairman for the board of directors. He comments: "In today's situation the demands on a chairman' accessibility and contribution of time is very high in a fast growing company like Telelogic.
