Changes in Telelogic’s organization

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California – May 12, 2006 – Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading provider of software solutions that align advanced systems and software development with business objectives, today announced that Scott Raskin will be stepping down as COO of Telelogic to join a privately held software company in San Francisco. ‘It is Scott’s own decision to move on and take this new challenge.
