Changes within Telelogic's Board

Joakim Westh leaves Telelogic’s Board of Directors at his own request

MALMÖ, Sweden – November 30, 2004 – Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange/TLOG), today announces that Joakim Westh, due to new assignments within the Ericsson Group as of December 1st, wishes to resign as member of the Telelogic Board of Directors. Ericsson has been a customer of Telelogic for many years. In his new assignment at Ericsson, Joakim Westh will be in charge of the corporate function Operational Excellence, which among others includes the purchasing department. In order to ensure avoiding eventual future conflict of interest, Joakim Westh chooses to resign as Board member at Telelogic as of November 30th 2004.
