European Communication Service Provider Invests 2.2 MEUR in Telelogic's Enterprise Lifecycle Solutions

MALMÖ, Sweden – August 2 , 2006 - Telelogic, (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG) the leading provider of software solutions that align advanced systems and software development with business objectives, today announced that it has signed a four year license, maintenance and services agreement worth 2.2 MEUR for Telelogic Solutions for Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) with a leading European telecommunications service provider. From the total deal value, the customer has made the initial investment of 878,000 EUR. The deal will see the company, already a user of Telelogic’s Change and Configuration management solution Telelogic SYNERGY™, roll out Telelogic DOORS®, Telelogic TAUG2 and Telelogic SYSTEM ARCHITCT ® to provide an enterprise-level capability for Requirements Management and Modeling in their IT organization. “The company required a truly integrated enterprise solution, one that improves both the business and development processes,” said Anders Lidbeck, CEO and President of Telelogic “We are extremely pleased to have been selected after an exhaustive evaluation by this customer.
