Proposal of Telelogic Board of Directors MALMÖ, Sweden, March 20, 2001 - The shareholders (representing 27 % of the votes) and the Board of Directors of Telelogic (Stockholm Stock Exchange/TLOG) propose the following board members to be elected at the Annual General Meeting, 29 March 2001: Re-election: Lars Ahlman, Kjell Duveblad, Anders Lidbeck (President & CEO for Telelogic), Mats Lönnqvist, Kjell Spångberg and Bo Wahlström. New members: Göran Lindahl, Bo Dimert and Joakim Westh Göran Lindahl is proposed to be the new Chairman of the Board. Göran Lindahl, President and CEO for ABB 1998-2000. Mr Lindahl is currently Under Secretary to the UN Sectretary-General and is member of the board in various companies, including Ericsson and DuPont. Bo Dimert, President and CEO for Ericssson Inc 1998-2000. Mr Dimert is member of the board in Razorfish, IPUnplugged and NetInsight. Joakim Westh, Partner of McKinsey & Co since 1993, with focus on the technology sector. Mr Westh has held various leading positions within Assa Abloy 1996-1999. The Board of Directors propose an emolument of 1,2 MSEK, of which 500 000 SEK to the Chairman and 100 000 SEK to each board member not employed by Telelogic. New board members are suggested to receive 100 000 Telelogic options. Erik Fröberg, Lars Spongberg and Stefan Wigren have turned down re- election.
