Sterling Software Provides OO Technology to Spur Telelogic's Growth Companies Enter Strategic Partnership for Real-Time and Embedded Systems Development MALMÖ, 24 June, 1999 -- Sterling Software, Inc. (NYSE:SSW) Application Development Group announced today the signing of an agreement with Telelogic AB (Stockholm Stock Exchange:TLOG), a leader in application development solutions for embedded and real time systems. Under this agreement, Sterling Software will provide Telelogic with source code to its market-leading UML modeling and code generation tool, COOL:Jex. As part of the relationship, the companies will also pursue future joint development, marketing, and sales activities.
