Telelogic announces final result of the new issue

Telelogic announces final result of the new issue MALMö, Sweden - September 18, 2001 - Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the world-leading provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, today announced the final result of the new issue. As already informed the new issue has been fully subscribed. In the new issue, that was ended on September 11, 2001, stocks amounting to SEK 190,519,845 and convertible debentures amounting to SEK 60,105,464 have been subscribed. In total this means that stocks and convertible debentures amounting to SEK 250,625,309 have been subscribed and the new issue is thereby fully subscribed. 98.6% of the new issue was subscribed with preferential rights. A guarantee consortium consisting of certain Telelogic shareholders - Kjell Spångberg, Ratos AB, Metroland BV, Lars Ahlman and Anders Lidbeck, CEO of Telelogic - has in accordance with their guarantee undertaking subscribed the balance. The number of shares in Telelogic after the new issue amount to 186,965,014. Assuming full conversion of the convertible debentures issued in the new issue the number of shares in Telelogic amount to approx. 202,993,000. The newly issued shares are expected to be listed at the Stockholm Exchange from October 3, 2001. Enskilda Securities is the financial advisor to Telelogic in connection with the new issue.
