Telelogic sells Bluetooth PreQual to IAR Systems Malmö, Sweden - September 28, 2001 - Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the world-leading provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, today announced an agreement with IAR Systems, one of the world-leading software companies in Bluetooth development. Under this agreement, IAR takes on the development of Bluetooth PreQual, Telelogic's market-leading product for testing of the software in Bluetooth applications. "This is an optimal solution. Telelogic will continue to offer PreQual and our expertise in this area to our key customers. By performing in-house pre-qualification of Bluetooth products with Bluetooth PreQual, users will ensure first-time success in the qualification process, eliminating the risk of losing time The transaction price of 7 MSEK is paid in cash. Bluetooth PreQual will be part of IAR Systems from 1 October 2001.
