Global supplier of clinical and analytical instruments rolls out DOORS® and SYNERGY™ to its entire software organization

MALMÖ, Sweden – December 29 2004, - Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, today announced that it is expanding its supply agreement with a global manufacturer of clinical and analytical instruments. The one-year license contract includes DOORS, SYNERGY/CM and SYNERGY/Change to a value of $0.9 million. Telelogic earlier carried out a successful pilot project resulting in the customer’s decision to roll out the Telelogic product suite to its entire software organization. The customer, headquartered in USA, has a development organization which is distributed at several offices worldwide, and the customer desires to have all developers globally working on the same code base. Telelogic’s product suite will allow the customer to build a global library of reusable software components that will be incorporated into future products. The customer will hence be able to reduce the amount of custom coding and add reliability to all product lines by using tried and true components that have been thoroughly tested. The customer also wants an integrated solution that will tie all phases of the development process and developers’ activities to specific requirements. As a large global manufacturer of clinical and analytical instrumentation systems, the customer requires validation of its development processes for agencies such as the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Telelogic’s tools and processes help them meet these regulations and strict compliances. “This customer was in the need of a true integrated and requirements driven ALM* solution, which is exactly what Telelogic can deliver,” said Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO of Telelogic. “A combination of Telelogic’s superior technology and ability to deliver a complete solution sealed this deal.” *ALM- Application Lifecycle Management
