Telelogic Signs 1.1 MUSD contract with Major Aerospace/Defense Subcontractor

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California – March 31, 2006 – Telelogic, (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading provider of software solutions that align advanced systems and software development with business objectives, today announced it has signed a three year 1.1 MUSD license and maintenance agreement with a US based aerospace/defense subcontractor. The customer has standardized on Telelogic DOORS® for requirements management which will be utilized to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with all features and functionality originally specified. As part of the agreement, the customer will be implementing other Telelogic applications within Telelogic’s Enterprise Lifecycle Management offering.
