Telelogic Signs 500,000 USD contract with a leading supplier of control and automation solutions

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California – April 3, 2006 – Telelogic, (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading provider of software solutions that align advanced systems and software development with business objectives, today announced it has signed a four year 500,000 USD license and maintenance agreement with a US based supplier of control and automation solutions. The customer will deploy Telelogic’s Lifecycle solutions across two of its business units with globally development centers in the US and India. Telelogic DOORS® and Telelogic FOCAL POINT™ will be used for requirements management, analysis and product prioritization, Telelogic TAU® for modeling and Telelogic SYNERGY™ for change and configuration management. “This is one of our long-term customers that has realized the value of Telelogic’s flexible licensing system,” said Anders Lidbeck, CEO and President of Telelogic.
