Telelogic signs Corporate Agreement with the Saab Group MALMÖ, Sweden - November 26, 2001 - Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, today announced that it has signed a corporate agreement with the Saab Group. The global agreement covers all daughter companies within the Saab Group and regulates general conditions for these companies future procurement of Telelogic's solutions. The mutual intentions are to increase the information about, and the use of Telelogic's tools and services at the Saab Group's daughter companies. The corporate agreement is signed for one year with an option to prolong and comprises Telelogic's total offering of tools and services aimed at improving the customer's software development processes. "This is more evidence of the increased interest we have noticed from the aerospace and defense industry lately. As our customer's projects are becoming more complex and extensive with more partners involved in each project, there is an increased requirement for an efficient development process of software and systems. Within the aerospace and defense industry we see this in the need for advanced requirements management, an area where the market leading tool Telelogic DOORS has long held a very strong position in both the US and UK," says Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO for Telelogic. Even if the agreement does not specify any specific volumes, we have already identified a number of very interesting and concrete projects where our tools can offer a substantial value added in terms of a more efficient process for development of software and systems. Given Saab's leading position in the aerospace and defense sector in Europe we hope that this agreement will strengthen our presence in this segment going forward," says Bo Emanuelsson, President Market Division Nordic for Telelogic.
