Telelogic Signs E735,000 Agreement with European Bookmaking Organization Malmö, SWEDEN - July 7, 2004 - Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a contract worth E735,000 with a major European bookmaking organization for Telelogic's change and configuration management solution SYNERGY. The contract includes licensing fees and three year maintenance to a value of E515,000 and professional services to a value of E220,000. The customer has evaluated its current development process for its on-line bookmaking system and made a decision to make its first investment in SYNERGY. Telelogic SYNERGY was chosen, in competition with other change and configuration management tools, for its advanced functionality and proven success in the configuration/change management area.
