The agreement, worth more than US$1 million, provides licenses for Telelogic Synergy in the customer's global development organization. Approximately 50 percent of the agreement will be accounted for in 2001; the remainder will be accrued in the first half of 2002. The agreement extends the customer's installed base of Telelogic Synergy for configuration and change management. With Telelogic Synergy, the customer has a best-in class tool for version control and change during the software development process.
