Telelogics new issue fully subscribed MALMö, Sweden - September 13, 2001 - Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the world-leading provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, today announced that its new issue of shares and convertible debentures with preferential rights has been fully subscribed. The subscription period for the new issue ended on September 11, 2001. According to preliminary figures at least 97% of the new issue has been subscribed with preferential rights. A guarantee consortium, consisting of certain Telelogic shareholders - Kjell Spångberg, Ratos AB, Metroland BV, Lars Ahlman and Anders Lidbeck, CEO of Telelogic - have in accordance with their guarantee undertaking subscribed for the final part of the new issue so that 100% subscription has been reached. Telelogic has thereby raised SEK 250 million, before deduction of issue costs. "We are grateful for the confidence in Telelogic expressed by our shareholders. Telelogic is a very strong company and we can now move forward and develop the company further also backed by a strong financial position", says Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO for Telelogic. "But our thoughts today are also with our employees, our partners and their families in the USA. All Telelogic employees are reported safe, but what has happened is a genuine tragedy for all of us." The newly issued shares are expected to be listed at the Stockholm Exchange from October 3, 2001. Further information regarding the new issue will be given after the final result of the subscription has been established.
