Teleperformance Canada Appoints New Chairman and C.E.O.

Teleperformance, the global leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, announces the addition of Jacques St. Laurent and Terry Rybolt as Non-Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively, of Teleperformance Canada.  Laurent and Rybolt have more than 50 years combined management experience. 

Laurent, a Quebec native, brings expertise in international finance, consulting and luxury brand management. Laurent began his career at the Quebec Treasury Board and subsequently joined a Quebec City-based investment firm  Laurent served on the Organizing Committee for the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. At the close of the Olympics, Laurent became the first international agent for Davidoff Brand with responsibility for the entire North American market. He also launched Cartier in Montreal, later selling his interest in both brands to external firms.

“Teleperformance has led the contact center industry for the last several decades and I am excited to join such an experienced global leadership team,” said Laurent. “I also look forward to working alongside the Canadian Management team as they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field.”

Rybolt, based in Toronto, has spent the last 15 years managing, operating and marketing to technology companies. He has over a decade of experience in the business process outsourcing and contact center industry. Rybolt has been with Teleperformance since 2008, previously serving as President, Advanced Services Division. In his former position, he oversaw acquisition integration, managed relationships with top clients and had responsibility for a 5,000-plus employee division.
