Teleperformance UK Announced as Finalist in UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013
Teleperformance UK, part of the global Teleperformance Group, has been announced as Finalist in the "Quality Service Provider of the Year" category of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013 run by the Institute of Customer Service.
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the only customer service awards from the industry's professional body. They recognise organisations and individuals who have developed and implemented successful customer service strategies which result in sustainable, successful businesses.
The Quality Service Provider category was open to any organisation that prides itself on the excellence of its customer service and was able to show how quality service is identified and delivered within the organisation.
The result will be announced in February 2013.
