Teleste Corporation has received a notification from Sampo plc on 1 October, 2023, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Markets Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the notification, the legal person exercising ultimate control over the shares subject to the flagging obligation held by Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited has changed from Sampo plc to Mandatum plc in connection with the partial demerger of Sampo plc on 1 October 2023.
